It’s our great pleasure and honor to invite you to attend the VESAK Celebration, at our Academy, which will take place on 9th June 2024 (2567 B.E). This celebration will commemorate the Birth, the Enlightenment and the Passing away (Parinirvāna) of the Buddha Sakyamuni Gotama.

The Program 9 June 2024:

9.30h-10.00 a.m. – Arrival

10.00h-10.30h a.m. – Welcome speech and VesaK Message by Venerable Master
Fa Bao (Dhammaratana), President of the Frankfurt Buddhist Academy

10.30h-11.15h a.m. – Reciting Sutra in Pali and Chinese languages for World Peace

11.15h-12.00h a.m. – Sacred Bathing Ceremony of the Baby Buddha

12:15-1:00 p.m. – Blessings (for family + parents) + Liberation of Souls (for karmic debts + deceased)

13.15h-14.30h p.m.- Lunch to all members

14.30h-15.30h p.m.- Documentary film on “the Life of the Buddha” (optional)

15.30h-16.30h p.m. – Discussion on the “Noble Mission of the Buddha for Humanity”

16.30h-16.40h-p.m- Group Photo – Thanks –

17.00h – p.m. End of the Ceremony

15:30-16:30 – 关于“佛陀为人类的高贵使命”的讨论
16:30-16:45 – 合影-致谢-闭幕
17:00 – 法会结束
