Yoga is a practice well-known to the international community, which has its roots in the origins of other Indian spiritual traditions. Yoga leads to mindfulness training, conducive to   physical and mental health. Yoga practice will bring very positive results here and now in our daily lives by reducing stress, physical and mental weakness, and by increasing positive energy in order to keep happy in everyday life.
