ProgramTai-Chi ancient Chinese Practice for Good Health (starting January)

Tai-Chi is a physical exercise that originated in ancient China, cultivated in order to maintain good physical and mental health. Tai-Chi practice aims at harmonizing mind, body and spirit.  It can be ascertained that Tai-Chi, correctly and regularly practiced, benefits all ages.  This ancient tradition of physical and spiritual practice can be regarded as “moving meditation”, to be cultivated with calmness and serenity in order to achieve harmony between mind and body. Tai-chi means to regularize our inner life energy to properly permeate the whole body. In due course of time this practice will eliminate many physical problems and bring about good health a long life. The FBAC will provide Tai-chi classes with professional instructors to maintain your mental and physical health so as to enjoy happiness throughout life.

The classes will take place every Saturday starting from the 14th of January to the 17th of July 2023.

All classes will be recorded and available on the platform after the lessons.

 

Lead by Master Lijun Cheng (Germany)

Master Lijun Cheng is a specialist in teaching of Tai-Chi, one of the ancient
traditional Chinese spiritual practice in order to maintain mental and physical
health. He has learnt traditional Tai-Chi techniques since his young age from
Chinese Masters who were celebrated instructors in China. Master Lijun is well-
known teacher to many people in Europe specially in Germany.
